Cooking in the Kitchen?

Summer is finally here! I can't
wait to start ordering tree fruits and melons and watching the
school-age garden and the Butterfly room's gardens grow! It
will be interesting to see what flourishes this year! Thank
you to all of the parents who have been taking advantage of
the meal service and coffee service! A reminder, there are ice
trays in the staff lounge freezer in the back left past the
main offices for the iced coffee. Hopefully new parents will
notice we have changed our advertising of the meal service from
the papers taped to the doors to the marker board in the front
main doorway to the left. This will save paper and allow everyone
to see what is available better. If there are ever any questions
or concerns, please feel free to stop in the kitchen!

Lunch: Handmade cheese-filled calzones, baked beans, tropical
fruit

FRIDAY
Morning Snack: Breakfast sausage and cheese bagels
Lunch: Creamed chipped beef with caramelized onion sauce, potato
gnocchi, corn, mandarin oranges
Afternoon Snack: Summer sausage with crackers
