What's Cooking in the Kitchen?
Julie Przybylski

Not too much news in the kitchen! The holidays are coming up, and so is the cold! Unfortunately we won't have as much fresh produce, as it is winter, but everyone can look forward to warm soups and stews this upcoming winter!

Recently, one of the parents suggested that I make side dishes to purchase for their holiday parties and family functions. I will try to make as many holiday foods as I possibly can the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, keeping in mind to make a little more than usual. That way, if there are extras, you can buy them for your families or parties! I am afraid to have anyone pre-order anything only because I may just end up having to throw whatever doesn't get sold away after those holidays if someone might forget to pick theirs up (I ALWAYS am the one that does this in our house!). Happy Holidays!
