Happy New Year! What an eventful
year we've had so far! First of all, I would like to officially
welcome Natalie to our classroom! She transitioned from the
Polar Bears and has been having a wonderful time in our classroom.
If you have not already had the opportunity to introduce yourself
to them, please do so and help welcome Natalie and her family.
Our winter so far has left us guessing a lot. Please make sure
you have appropriate clothes in your child's cubby and make
sure there are boots, mittens, hats, and other appropriate outerwear
available as we do go outside twice a day as long as the temperature
is above 0 with the wind chill.
In the upcoming weeks we will be learning about Fairy Tales,
Love/Valentine's Day, Outer Space, and Dr. Seuss. There will
be some field trips coming up to the fire station, planetarium,
and so much more! Please keep your eyes open for more information
and don't forget to mark your calendar when we know when they
are!
Zumba and Jumpbunch are back! We are going to Zumba on Tuesdays
at 9:30 - 10. Because we have so many kids interested in Jumpbunch
we are having two groups on Wednesdays at 9:30-10 and 10-10:30.
Lastly, we have the Family Winter Ball on February 15th from
5:30 to 7:30. We hope to see you there!
