Sunshines

The
Sunshine Room has had a lot of excitement over the past few
weeks! You should all know by now that Kacy and Shauncey had
a beautiful little baby boy, Sage Kenyon. He was a little earlier
than expected but still a healthy 6 lbs. 8 oz. Kacy seems to
love her new role as a mom and is adjusting very well…even with
the lack of sleep. She promises to visit very soon!
Heather will be co-teaching with Lisa over Kacy's maternity
leave. Heather and the kids seem to have had a very smooth transition!
If you have any questions she can help you with anything!
We have a very busy summer coming up! Swimming lessons will
start June 16th and run until the end of the summer. You should
also all have the Fieldtrip schedule, if you need an extra just
ask. We love as many chaperones per trip as possible so let
us know if you cam make any! It makes a fieldtrip extra special
when a parent can join us!
Some of the fun themes we will be learning about are: Camping,
Summer, Ice cream, Bubbles, Ocean, Construction and many more!
If you can think of any other fun themes we could implement.
Please let us know, we are always looking for new and exciting
areas to explore!
A few reminders:
1. Please remember to apply sunscreen to your child in the
morning, we will reapply in the afternoon. If you need to put
some on your child at drop off there are bottles on the counter
for your use.
2. You may also want to make sure your child has an adequate
water bottle for outside use. (Some are getting worn out).
